Welcome to Mindset Muse LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including coaching programs, courses, speaking engagements, and digital products (collectively, “Services”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Services.

1. Services Provided

Mindset Muse LLC provides professional career and mindset coaching, educational courses (live and on-demand), group programs, speaking engagements, and digital resources. Services are designed for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, mental health, or financial matters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment is required in full or according to an agreed installment plan before Services begin.

For payment plans, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled, regardless of your level of participation.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services.

4. Refund Policy

Coaching & Speaking Services: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made, except as required by law.

Courses & Group Programs: All sales are final. Access may not be transferred or shared.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable materials, all sales are final.
We reserve the right to consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Private Coaching: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

Speaking Engagements: Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Group calls, courses, and events are recorded at our discretion and replays may be provided, but live participation is your responsibility.

6. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, and implementation of the strategies provided. By participating, you acknowledge that results vary from person to person.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or financial/legal advisors. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, and written materials, is owned by Mindset Muse LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or coaching session content without your consent, except as required by law. Group program participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindset Muse LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindset Muse LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
